Ingredients for Kidney Beans Salad

  • Red Beans: 200 gr.
  • A bunch of green onions and parsley.
  • Olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar: all to taste.

Recipe for Kidney Beans Salad

    1. Put kidney beans in water the evening before. Boil until soft on low heat and take out of the water.
    2. Chop onion and parsley and mix them in.
    3. Dress with olive oil,  salt and balsamic vinegar.
    4. Let the salad stand by for half an hour and you can eat it.
