- Fresh onion and garlic are healthy as a part of salads or other dishes. They are known for their anti-bacterial and antiviral properties and they can help put down illness without developing complications.
- You can also enhance immunity through using spices in meals. Turmeric, ginger, dill, fennel, parsley possess wonderful therapeutic properties. They are very helpful in flu prevention.
