Making Apple Fritters with Strawberry Sauce
This dessert became the hit of the season with us. Once you try it, you’ll fall in love with it just like we and our friends did. Apples can easily be found in every home, and you can use frozen strawberries, the sauce will be just as flavor as when you take fresh berries.
Ingredients for Apple Fritters with Strawberry Sauce
- 2 sour apples
- 0.3 lb flour
- 2 eggs
- 0.2 pt milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- a pinch of salt and soda
Ingredients for Strawberry Sauce
- 1 glass strawberry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon starch
Recipe for Apple Fritters with Strawberry Sauce
- Peel apples and grate them roughly.
- Add flour, eggs, salt, soda, sugar and milk and mix thoroughly.
- Pour some oil into a frying pan, heat it and fry fritters until they become golden. One tablespoon of dough makes one fritter. Fry on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix sugar and berries in a pan for the sauce. Boil for about 5 minutes, make it thicker by adding starch.
- Pour the sauce over the fritters. You can eat them either hot or cold.
