Italian Peroni Beer Won Awards

British company Paragraph Publishing Ltd orgainzed a competition World Beer Awards 2014, to award to the highest quality beer in the world. Peroni beer received gold, silver and bronze medals in three nominations.

The three beers Peroni Gran Riserva Rossa, Peroni Gran Riserva Puro Malto and Peroni Gran Riserva Doppio Malto – won in their categories, taking the palm from German and Belgian brewers.

The gold medal in category Amber/Vienna went to the red beer Peroni Gran Riserva Rossa with a harmonious and bright taste achieved by triple fermentation process and characterized by a warm caramel flavor with a tinge of spice.

The silver in category Helles/Munchner went to the beer Peroni Gran Riserva Puro Malto, which was launched on the European market 6 months ago. This beer has a mild flavor and a delicate fragrance.

The bronze in category Bock was awarded to double-malt beer Peroni Gran Riserva Doppio Malto, which has a peculiar smell of roasted malt and grain.
