Fish Is Good for the Baby in the Womb

Do you want to give birth to a whizz kid? Eat fish! The latest study from Harvard University boffins explains how to make your baby cleverer. Food experts discovered that the intake of fat fish stimulates the development of the brain in the fetus.

Children born to mothers who were on a fish diet were found to be wittier and had a better developed nervous system.

Doctors urge to hit fish especially starting from the fourth month, including it in the diet 3-4 times a week at the least. They believe that, apart from a large complex of vitamins and minerals, omega3 fat acids found in fish are conducive to most active development of all kinds of cognitive processes like memory, conceptualization, sense perception and others.
