Ingredients for Avocado and Leek Salad
- 1 avocado
- 1.0 lb cherry tomatoes
- 0.4 lb leek
- 1 lemon
- parsley, salt, olive oil to taste
Recipe for Avocado Salad
- Cut avocado along, take out the stone, peel it. Dice the pulp into cubes and pour over with lemon juice at once.
- Quarter tomatoes.
- Cut leek into rings.
- Mix all the ingredients together, add finely cut parsley, salt, and olive oil to taste
