- 1.2 – 1.4 lb apricots
- 2-3 tablespoons sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon

- Take the stones out of the apricots.
- Whip the pulp in the blender with sugar and cinnamon.
- Put the apricot puree into an ice cream maker, and make ice cream according instructions.
- And place into the freezer for final freezing.
