We often cook homemade sausages. None of us will find them in a shop; they are delicious and flavorful.
To cook sausages, take pork neck. This meat is juicy and quite fat, so the sausages will be very tender.
Cut the meat with a knife. Mix it with salt, pepper, oregano and fennel seeds.
Keep it in the refrigerator over the night.
Then fill the bowel with it. We have bowel already cleaned and salted.
Sausages store in the freezer and use as needed.
