There are certain foods and drinks, often fermented, which allow beneficial bacteria to grow. These microscopic organisms play an important role in our health. A good health is also related to general well-being.
Yogurt
- Yogurt is one of the best probiotic products. It can be incorporated into any meal or serve as a snack between meals. This is a good way to nourish your body with healthy bacteria. Unfortunately, ready-made yogurts are often filled with artificial sweeteners, flavors, corn syrup, reducing the impact of healthy bacteria. Cook yogurt at home or choose one without additives.
Miso

Kombucha
