Making Canapés with Red Caviar and Quail Eggs
You don’t have to spend a lot of time when you want to make something delicious. For instance, you can make small toasts with different tops very quickly. They are called canapés.
Ingredients for Canapés with Red Caviar
- several pieces of bread
- Emmental cheese
- 0.1 lb butter
- 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 0.1 lb red caviar
- 4-5 quail eggs
- parsley
Recipe for Canapés with Red Caviar
- Cut out circular bread pieces, dry them in the toaster.
- Mix butter and mustard and spread them on the bread; put slices of cheese on top.
- Put 1 teaspoonful of caviar and 1 boiled egg on each piece of toast, decorate with parsley.
