How to Make Chocolate Ice-Cream
Sweet, tasty and cold ice-cream gives us freshness and makes us feel better. It is a good antidepressant because it contains milk. Ice-cream is highly enjoyable, especially on hot days. Here is a simple and practical recipe for homemade chocolate ice-cream. It has rich creamy and chocolate taste.
Ingredients for Chocolate Ice-Cream
- 150 g black chocolate
- 1.5 cup (0.8 pt) milk
- 1 cup cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoonfuls cocoa
- 2 yolks
- Mash yolks with sugar. Mix warm cream and milk with the mashed yolks, put it all on the stove and warm up. The mixture should be stirred regularly to make it thicken evenly. Do not bring it to boil.
- Add the cocoa and the chocolate melted in a steamer basket and mix it in. When the mixture gets cool, put it into the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Stir the ice-cream several times while it is freezing to make the paste even and so that ice crystals could not be felt.
- Sprinkle it with crushed chocolate and cedar nuts and serve.
