Ingredients for Dessert with Strawberry and Maple Syrup
- 0.7 lb strawberries
- 0.2 lb ricotta
- 0.4 pt yoghurt
- pignolia nuts, maple syrup
Cooking Instructions
- Wash, clean and cut strawberries.
- Mix yoghurt and ricotta.
- Put strawberries into tall glasses, interchanging layers of strawberry with ricotta. Add more ricotta on top.
- Pour over with maple syrup, sprinkle with pignolia nuts.
