If you want to stay young as long as it’s possible, you have but to eat chocolate – but not the common type of chocolate, special rejuvenating one. It was worked out by scientists at the Lycotec bio-technological company. The company has come up with a recipe for chocolate with a highly beneficial effect on health.
The essential part is that when chocolate is melted, a substance called coco-lycosome is mixed in; it serves to deblock powerful antioxidant properties of epicatechin, an important part of cocoa flavonols.
The new kind of chocolate is claimed to contain in 5 grams as many antioxidants as are found in 100 grams of other chocolates, and these antioxidants will be assimilated by almost 100%.
Coco-lycosome is made up from lycopene, found in tomatoes, and lutein, found in spinach. It will make even milk chocolate as wholesome as dark one.
