Clinical tests conducted on volunteers showed that the intake of about 1-1.5 oz dark chocolate a day for two weeks reduces the level of stress hormones, alleviates the feeling of anxiety and helps people feel at ease. This delicacy beloved by all also partly corrects other biochemical disturbances linked with stress.
