  • 0.7 lb Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 lb mozzarella
  • 4 anchovy fillets

  1. Wash tomatoes, put out the cores.
  2. Cut up mozzarella and anchovy fillets into tiny crumbles with a knife.
