Beer for Dogs

Heat lies heavy not only on people, but on animals as well. So, in Minnesota they produce beer for dogs. At first the combination of the words beer and dog sounds menacing, for, as everybody knows, alcohol, hop and carbon dioxide are dangerous for dogs.

But there is actually nothing terrifying about the beverage. The hop-based drink is manufactured in a safe way, so as not to irritate the animal’s stomach; it is harmless and quenches thirst well. The beer is produced with beef and chicken flavor.

You can pour it into the dog’s bowl straight from the bottle, pour it over dry fodder – or you can pour it over chopped ice to get a pleasurable cold’n’crunchy result.
