Nothing is easier than preparing this cold treat at home. You will need fresh strawberry and a modicum of sugar. You can stir the mixture while freezing by hand, but you’d do better using an ice cream maker. By the way, it is a very handy gadget to have in the kitchen. You can make tender sorbets or ice creams without big ice crystals spoiling the taste.

    • 2 lb strawberry
    • 0.2 lb sugar

    1. Wash the strawberry and pick off the sepals.

    1. Put the berries into the blender, add sugar and mash into puree.

    2. You can eat the sorbet when soft or put into forms and put away into the freezer for 3 hours.
