- Chickpeas flour: 150 g.
- Water: 180 ml.
- Yogurt: 150 gr.
- 1 egg.
- Salt: 0.5 tsp
- Sugar: 1 tsp
- Olive oil: 2 tbsp
- Soda: 1 pinch.
Recipe for Pancakes from Chickpea Flour
- Knead dough from flour and water, leave to come to for 30-40 minutes.
- Add yoghurt, mix it up.
- Bake pancakes on medium heat, pouring the dough onto the frying pan and tilting it all round the pan.
