It is common knowledge that chocolate is wholesome. It contains antioxidants flavonoids that support the functions of the heart, vessels, brain, and help maintain a shapely figure. The thing that makes people shy away is the content of fat.
That’s why experts have worked out a new recipe, exchanging milk and cacao butter fat for tiny droplets of cranberry and orange juice creating emulsion.
This served to decrease the fat content by two, and the chocolate lost none of its qualities – smoothness, hardness, soft texture and the ability to melt in the mouth. The only drawback of the new chocolate is its fruit flavor. But the scientists say that they are only at the beginning of the new chocolate creation process, and there is more to come.
