Ingredients for How to Cook Polenta with Prosciutto Ham
- 1 lb (500 g) polenta
- 130-150 g Prosciutto ham
- Couple of basil leaves
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- Slice cold polenta and brown each slice in olive oil on both sides until crispy.
- Put shredded basil on warm polenta slices.
- Wrap each polenta slice in Prosciutto ham and serve.
