The research was based on the analyses of the diet of an enormous group of people, almost 18,000 volunteers, and lasted for 7 years. About 2% of the participants ate healthy meals and had avocado daily. They never had any problems with excessive weight.
A more detailed analysis showed that a daily diet with avocado decreases the risk of metabolism malfunctions significantly.
