Not far from our place, in a beautiful ancient town of Ascoli Piceno, there was held a culinary fete at the end of April. It was devoted to local dishes – deep-fried made dishes. At the fete one could try various dishes from the cuisines of Marche, Abruzzo, Sardinia, Sicily, Florence, Genoa, as well as purchase a range of products prepared in accordance with carefully preserved ancient traditions.
All this food is of a very high quality, produced only from natural ingredients, old-fashioned ways, without adding any artificial colors, flavors and preservatives.
