Stuffed pineapple
For this dessert you’d better take small pineapples – baby pineapples – one pineapple for each person.
All the proportions are given approximately, so that you can modify them to suit your taste.
And of course, it leaves much for imagination. We have only one example of how to do it.
At all, in pineapple can add any fruits and berries, what have you. And you can add a ball of ice cream on top. It will be chic dessert.

Ingrdients for Stuffed pineapple
- Pineapple: 1
- Oranges: 2
- Some dates
- Half a cup of sweet dessert wine
- Sugar: 2 tbsp
Recipe for Stuffed pineapple
- Peel one orange and slice it. Squeeze the juice from the other one.
- Cut off the top of the pineapple and remove the core, first trim the edges with a knife, then use a spoon.
- Chopped the pulp of the pineapple into medium pieces, mix with orange and dates.
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, melt the sugar, add some wine and orange juice, evaporate the liquid to get a syrup, then add the fruit. Simmer for a minute and turn off the heat.
- Stuff the pineapple with this mixture.
