Mixing the Pisco Sour Cocktail
Pisco Sour is one of the most popular cocktails in Peru and Chili, the people of which regard it as their national pride. It is a favorite in other countries as well. The cocktail is tasty and wholesome, having in it egg white and fresh lemon juice. But go easy on it, for it is quite strong.

- Pisco grape vodka 0.2 pt
- juice of one lemon
- one fresh egg
- 1 tablespoonful sugar
- a pinch of cinnamon

Recipe for Pisco Sour Cocktail
- Wash an egg, dry it and separate the white.
- Pour the white into the shaker, add vodka, lemon juice and sugar. Shake it all up.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and decorate with a lemon slice.
