- First make the cream according to the recipe Lemon Curd.
- Then you’ll have to freeze the cream. You can do it in one large form or in small ones. We had the ones you can see in the picture.
- We poured out the cream into the forms, stuck sticks in and put into the freezer for four hours.
- We got 5 portions.
