Fruits Protect from Cancer
A number of recent studies show that a change in lifestyle can help strengthen the defensive abilities of the body.
The latest study, conducted by the YouGov international company and commissioned by the World Cancer Research Fund, revealed that if you include five portions of fruits in your daily diet, the body receives an amount of nutrients that enables it to protect itself from a range of cancer-related diseases.
Mind that it’s much more useful to eat fruits unpeeled, because peel contains fibers with a high content of strong antioxidants – polyphenols. Doctors also urge to drink juices with pulp and purees made from unpeeled fruits.
