When meat is well marinated before grilling it gets a specific flavor and lowers the risk of carcinogens forming in the meat during roasting. Marinating prevents meat from charring. A good marinade for chicken fillet is white wine with olive oil and spices added.
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken Fillet
- 2.2 lb chicken fillet
- 1 zucchini
- 2 sweet peppers
- 1 onion
- a cup of white wine
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, white pepper
Recipe for cooking Chicken Fillet
- Cut fillet into pieces and marinate in wine with oil, salt, pepper and any spices for 3-4 hours.
- Cut the vegetables into bits and put onto skewers pieces of vegetables alternating with pieces of meat.
- Roast on a well-heated grill until ready, about 25-30 minutes.
