The dish is quite an exotic one and very simple at that. You need but cheese and pears.
Ingredients for Carpaccio with Pears and Parmesan
- 3-4 pears
- 0.2 lb parmesan
- Wash the pears and cut them very thinly. If the skin is thin it is better not to peel it off, pear skin is an excellent source of fiber and vitamins.
- Chop the cheese into thin slices.
- Put pear slices on a plate in a semicircle and put cheese slices between them. That is all.
- The pear and cheese carpaccio goes well with white wine.
