1-2 bananas
150 g cranberry
50 g pine nuts
3-4 tablespoons honey
Whipped cream

Recipe of Banana Cranberry Dessert

  • Wash cranberry, discard bad berries and use colander to drain water.
  • Peel and slice bananas.
  • Combine banana slices, cranberry and pine nuts.
  • Pour over with honey.
  • Garnish with whipped cream that will make this dessert especially soft and tender.
