Eat tomatoes and enjoy life! Those who eat tomatoes practically every day are less susceptible to depression, they are usually in high spirits, and can find something positive in any situation. These are the conclusions reached by scientists at Tianjin Medical University in China.
The research involved the analysis of health factors, eating habits and psychic condition in 1,000 people over 70 years old.
It emerged that people who ate tomatoes are less wasted by bouts of depression by 50%.
