  1. Cut pork into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Pour some olive oil onto a frying-pan and heat it until it sizzles. Put rosemary and pieces of meat in, fry quickly on strong heat, stirring them up.
  3. Then drizzle the meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat down. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve the pork hot, pouring it over with its own juice.
