The Italian Recipe for Pork with Lemon and Rosemary
This dish is easy to make. The ingredients are few, but the meat comes out with such a titillating taste that, having eaten it once, you will want to make it again. Especially if you are partial to rosemary’s mysterious pine-smelling flavor.

- 1.4 lb pork
- a lemon
- a sprig of rosemary
- olive oil, salt, pepper
Recipe for Pork with Lemon and Rosemary
- Cut pork into medium-sized pieces.
- Pour some olive oil onto a frying-pan and heat it until it sizzles. Put rosemary and pieces of meat in, fry quickly on strong heat, stirring them up.
- Then drizzle the meat with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover the pan with a lid and turn the heat down. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Serve the pork hot, pouring it over with its own juice.
