The Granola Bars with Pumpkin Seeds and Honey Recipe
Here is another way to prepare muesli sticks. We used honey, sesame and pumpkin seeds. It came out delicious! It will make an excellent breakfast with tea or coffee; besides, they are good as a journey snack.
Ingredients for Granola Bars with Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 glasses oat flakes
- 1 glass pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoons sesame
- half a glass honey
- one egg and one white
- 3-4 tablespoons melted butter
- a handful of raisins
- pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons water
Recipe for Granola Bars with Pumpkin Seeds
- Mix all the ingredients and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
- Place the mixture in a form with oiled parchment on the bottom. Make the surface smooth with a turner and press it down.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 356 degrees. Cool down and cut up.
