The sausages Salsiccia al coriandolo are completely natural and without any chemical additives. They are cooked in accordance with the ancient tradition started in the 6th century presumably by the Langobards.
These sausages consist of a pleasant mixture of pork, chili pepper, paprika, nutmeg, wine and coriander, which is first dried and then smoked.
Coriander has not only a unique flavor, but also strong anti-bacterial properties; it is a natural preservative, which gives a unique taste.
Coriander sausages come in several kinds: aged in a dry place, ready to eat, fresh, fried, grilled, stewed.
