Making Crunchy Bananas
You can make not only apples in roll-in dough but also other fruits. We tried to wrap roll-in dough around bananas and they came out fine. Our hint is to sprinkle them with lemon juice.
Ingredients for dough
- 0.7 lb flour
- 0.5 lb butter
- 0.1 pt white dry wine
- 0.25 pt water
- salt and sugar to taste
- flour for sprinkling

- 2.2 lb bananas
- lemon juice

Recipe for Crunchy Bananas
- Prepare roll-in dough according to the our recipe for Puff pastry.
- Roll it up and cut into square pieces.
- Put a peeled banana in the center of each piece, sprinkle with lemon juice and roll it in.
- Bake at 350 degrees until they acquire a nicely brown color, it should take about 30 minutes.
