How to Make Brazil Fruit Salad
Fruit salads are essential for healthy dieting. If you wish to be slim and beautiful you should finish every meal with fruits and fruit salads. They improve metabolism and they supply fresh vitamins. Bananas are rolled in dry cocoa for this salad, they taste very much like chocolates, sweet and copmletely natural. If they are not sweet enough for you, you can add a bit of honey or some jam. We did not add anything as all the fruits were very sweet.
Ingredients for Brazil Fruit Salad
- 2-3 bananas
- 2 oranges
- 3 kiwi fruit
- 2-3 tablespoons cocoa
- 0.6 cup yoghurt
- pignoli to taste
Cooking Instructions
- Peel all fruits and cut into large slices.
- Roll banana slices in cocoa.
- First put a few spoons of yoghurt into the creamers, then the fruits all in a jumble.
- Top with pignoli and you can serve the salad at once.
