Alcohol and Calories

Many people indulge and treat themselves to an alcoholic drink from time to time. It’s important to know your dose, bearing in mind that alcohol contains quite a lot of calories. Liqueurs are topping the list because they contain a good deal of sugar. Dry wines have the lowest amount of calories which is one more point to their credit.
