Recipe for Romaine Salad with Quail Eggs

  1. Boil the eggs until hard.
  2. Wash the romaine leaves in cold water and dry.
  3. Chop the cheese into thin wafers.
  4. Tear up salad leaves on each plate.
  5. Put quartered eggs and cheese wafers on top.
  6. Sprinkle with oregano.
  7. Salt, drizzle with lemon juice and dress with olive oil.
