Ingredients for Mint Sorbet with Kiwi
- 2 lb (about 1 kg) kiwi
- a bunch of mint
- juice of one lemon
- 4 tablespoons honey
Recipe for Mint Sorbet with Kiwi and Honey
- Peel the kiwi and put into the blender with some mint leaves. Make it into a puree, add lemon juice and honey.
- Put the mixture into an ice cream machine and freeze for about 20 minutes until you get soft sorbet.
- You can eat it at once when it’s soft or put it into a form and into a freezer for 3 hours and serve hard.
