Coffee Cake with Butter Cream

Ingredients for Cake

  • Flour: 230 gr.
  • Eggs: 3 pcs.
  • Sugar: 150 gr.
  • Ricotta: 200 gr.
  • Melted butter: 80 gr.
  • Instant coffee: 10 gr.
  • Cinnamon: 1-2 tsp.
  • Baking Powder: 10 gr.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • For cream –  Cream 35%: 200 ml. Mscarparpone: 100 gr. Sugar: 3 tbsp.

Recipe

  1. Beat eggs with sugar until thick cream.
  2. Add ricotta, then coffee and cinnamon, continuing to beat.
  3. Then, adding gradually sifted flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt, knead the soft dough.
  4. Bake at 180С 40 minutes. Willingness to check the torch, it should go dry from the center.
