Ingredients for Cake
- Flour: 230 gr.
- Eggs: 3 pcs.
- Sugar: 150 gr.
- Ricotta: 200 gr.
- Melted butter: 80 gr.
- Instant coffee: 10 gr.
- Cinnamon: 1-2 tsp.
- Baking Powder: 10 gr.
- A pinch of salt.
- For cream – Cream 35%: 200 ml. Mscarparpone: 100 gr. Sugar: 3 tbsp.
- Beat eggs with sugar until thick cream.
- Add ricotta, then coffee and cinnamon, continuing to beat.
- Then, adding gradually sifted flour mixed with baking powder and a pinch of salt, knead the soft dough.
- Bake at 180С 40 minutes. Willingness to check the torch, it should go dry from the center.
