The Recipe for Pancakes with Meat
Thin crispy pancakes with meat make an excellent dish for dinner or supper. You can take any kind of minced meat for the filling, but the best bet is mixed pork and beef. When you are baking pancakes take care not to overdo them – you will fry them again after you have stuffed them.
Ingredients for Pancakes
- 0.7-0.8 lb flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 0.2 pt kefir or yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2-3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- soda on the tip of a knife
Ingredients for Filling
- 1 lb minced meat
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, pepper
Recipe for Pancakes with Meat
- Chop onion finely, fry it on olive oil. Add minced meat and fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring from time to time. Salt, pepper to taste.

- Put the filling on one side of each pancake and roll it up.
- When all the pancakes are stuffed heat a frying pan with 3 spoons of oil and fry the pancakes on both sides until they are nicely brown.
