You can fall prey to food swindle. What they call now fruit juices, pureed berries and milk mixtures that the modern food industry offers contain an awful amount of sugar or artificial sweeteners which is greatly pernicious in any way.
The thing is that juices and purees in packets are usually made from fruit concentrates and not natural fruits. And purees can be made from stale and even damaged fruits.
If you want to be sure that you get healthy food, you better buy fresh fruits, natural kefir or yogurt without any additives. Mixing these together you will get a healthy meal.
