Recipe for Mimosa Salad

    1. Mash the fish with a fork. Boil eggs, potatoes and carrots and let them cool down. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate all the products into different plates.
    2. Take a deep salad bowl and put everything in in layers, putting mayonnaise over each layer. The layers can come in any order you like best. When you have done it put the salad into the refrigerator for 2 hours.
    3. It’s customary to arrange the salad to resemble a mimosa flower, so before you serve it put a flat platter on the bowl and turn the bowl over.
    4. Cover with grated yolks, cheese and greens. Serve the salad cutting it up with a wide turner like you cut a cake.
