Caviar Is the Best Natural Source of Omega 3

The caviar of sea fishes is an excellent dietary source of Omega 3, the results of a research carried out by Spanish scientists from the University of Almeria show. The scientists studied the caviar of fifteen species of sea animals and found that all of it contained large amounts of fat acids which are so necessary for the human body.

So far there was no definite notion on the nutritious potential of the caviar of sea animals, and mass media would go out of their way to warn us about its very unhealthy properties. But the scientists found that omega 3 fat acids are needed to ensure a correct development of a wide variety of metabolic processes in the body. And caviar is the best source of omega 3 fat acids as it contains them in a very high concentration. Moreover it is combined with a great deal of other antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

The lack of these compounds is linked with heart disorders, poor development of the nervous and reproductive systems, hypertension, depression, diabetes and hard-to-cure inflammatory diseases.
