Pumpkin Cheesecake with Nuts

Ingredients for the base
- Almonds: 250 gr.
- Flour: 100 gr.
- Eggs: 2 pcs.
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Butter 1 tablespoon
Ingredients for the filling
- Pumpkin: 1 kg.
- Walnuts kernel: 150 gr.
- Any cookies: 150 gr.
- Cream cheese: 200 gr.
- Eggs: 2 pcs.
- Nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom: 1 tsp
- Sugar: 4-5 tbsp
- A pinch of salt.
Recipe for Pumpkin Cheesecake
- Bake a pumpkin in the oven until it gets soft and mash it.
- Crush nuts with cookies and mix into the mashed pumpkin.
- Add cream cheese, eggs, sugar, salt, and spices.
- Make a crust by grinding almond, mixing it with flour, sugar, and eggs.
- Smear a split form with butter. Wet your hands, spread the almond dough over the bottom, put on an even layer of the filling.
- Bake in the oven pre-heated to 356 degrees. Let it cool down in the oven.
- You can decorate it with anything you fancy. We made a topping from cream cheese, sprinkled with powder, almond crumbs, and decorated with pieces of sugared fruit
