Horse Sperm Cocktail

The annual Wild Kitchen festivals in New Zealand are a shocking affair, and their latest popular shock is cocktails with horse sperm.

Now the Green Man pub in Wellington serves the cocktail not only to curious tourists but to all its habitués.

 

The cocktail is a cooled beverage of 300 million cells of horse sperm.

When asked about the taste, Steve, co-owner of the pub, said that the cocktail takes some psychological adjustment, but on the whole it tastes like something halfway between custard and a frothy apple smoothie.

He added that the sperm for the cocktails is hand collected from the horses in a Christchurch stable. When it arrives at the bar it is cooled and mixed with apple flavoring.

Men are interested in the beverage because of its Viagra-like properties while women are attracted to it because of its skin rejuvenating properties.
