  1. Fry chopped carrot, onion and fennel.
  2. Boil black rice in water for about 10 minutes, then drain it.
  3. Pour the broth into a pan, add the rice and cut zucchini.
  4. When it has come to a boil, put in the fried vegetables and boil for about 15 minutes.
  5. When serving sprinkle with any greens.
